Corporate Overview
Multi-Usage Holdings Berhad ("MUHB") operates as an investment holding company. Since our incorporation in 1991 and listing in 1994, we have evolved into a focused group with significant presence in Property Development, Construction, and the Trading of essential building materials.
We are responsible and accountable for governing, guiding and monitoring the direction of the Company with the objective of enhancing long term sustainable value creation.

Our History & Milestones
1991 - Foundation
Incorporated in Malaysia as a private limited company under the name of Multi-Usage Holdings Sdn Bhd.
1993 - Public Company Conversion
Converted to a public limited liability company and assumed its present name, Multi-Usage Holdings Berhad.
1994 - Bursa Listing
Successfully listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
2009 - Main Market Transfer
Transferred to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia following the stock exchange's board restructuring.
